Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns of undamaged, unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise within 12 days of purchase on our site/in store in exchange for store credit (in the form of online gift card).

Any merchandise marked 'FINAL SALE' is not eligible for returns. (Hair accessories and earrings are always final sale).

  • You will not receive store credit for any merchandise that is defected and/or not in its original condition. A shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Return Conditions:

  • Any merchandise marked 'FINAL SALE' is not eligible for returns
  • Accessories are final sale 
  • Body Suits are final sale 
  • Seasonal/holiday items are final sale 
  • All original tags must be attached
  • If returning shoes, all shoes must be in the original box in their original condition, without postal labels
  • If returning shoes, the shoe box must be shipped in another package/ box to protect the shoes
  • We will not accept returns if the shipping label is attached to the shoe box

 

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Store credit will be sent to the email your purchase was originally made on.

 

Defective Items:

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care within 3 DAYS to let us know of the issue. If we are notified after 3 days, the item will no longer qualify for return. (Email 121west@shop121west.com)
  • Please include a picture of the damaged item
  • Clothing colors may not be exact due to photography lenses, lighting, and differences in computer monitors. These situations do not qualify as defects or damages. Please read above return policy if you would still like to return the item.

To return: 

  1. The cost of return shipping, $6.00 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (121 West Online Gift Card) if you use the return label provided by 121 West.  
  2. To obtain a return label, a return request can be made here 
  3. If you do not choose to use the return label provided by 121 West, please send to 406 Delaware Street Historic New Castle, Delaware 19720

 

  • Please allow 3-4 business days for 121 West to receive your return, and 1-2 business days for our return department to process your return and store credit.
  • You will receive your online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
